General
- What is ConnectionToGo.com?
- We allow individuals and business to rent mobile broadband card(s) on a short term basis (3 Days - 1+ Month). We provide devices from the nation's largest wireless providers - AT&T and Sprint.
- How does your service work?

- Is there a minimum rental period?
- Yes, 3 Days.
- What is your cancelation policy?
- We must be notified of a cancelation 12 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date of the device in order to avoid a restocking fee.
- What if I need to keep the device(s) longer?
- Email Service@ConnectionToGo.com and let us know of the expected return date. We will send you an update invoice.
- Can I send the device(s) back early?
- Yes. We will adjust the invoice and you will only be charged for the days rented.
- Do you offer bulk discounts?
- We offer many customizable discounts for business and individuals that use our service. Call us at (206) 351-1398 to discuss your needs.
Shipping
- How do I return the devices(s)?
- A prepaid return envelope is included with each shipped device. You can drop off the package at the nearest UPS Drop-Off Location (http://www.ups.com/dropoff) or schedule a UPS Pickup (https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_US) at your home or office.
- Do you provide overnight shipping?
- Yes, an overnight fee of $14.99 will be added to your shipping fee.
Billing
- Am I required to place a deposit?
- We do not require a deposit to rent a device, although your credit card will be preauthorized $250 + applicable rental fees. Your credit card will not be charged until the device has been returned.
- How much does your service cost?
- Prices are as follows:
- 3 Day Rental = $49
- 5 Day Rental = $75
- 1 Week = $99
- 2 Weeks = $149
- 3 Weeks = $179
- 4 Weeks = $199
- A week is defined as a 7 day period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- What if I lose or damage the device?
- You will be charged the full period of the rental and a replacement fee for the device.
Coverage / Data
- Do you offer international service?
- Not currently. The devices only work within the United States.
- Are there data limits?
- Yes. 1 GB per 7 day period.
