General

  1. What is ConnectionToGo.com?
    1. We allow individuals and business to rent mobile broadband card(s) on a short term basis (3 Days - 1+ Month). We provide devices from the nation's largest wireless providers - AT&T and Sprint.

  1. Is there a minimum rental period?
    1. Yes, 3 Days.
  1. What is your cancelation policy?
    1. We must be notified of a cancelation 12 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date of the device in order to avoid a restocking fee. 
  1. What if I need to keep the device(s) longer?
    1. Email Service@ConnectionToGo.com and let us know of the expected return date. We will send you an update invoice.
  1. Can I send the device(s) back early?
    1. Yes. We will adjust the invoice and you will only be charged for the days rented. 
  1. Do you offer bulk discounts?
    1. We offer many customizable discounts for business and individuals that use our service. Call us at (206) 351-1398 to discuss your needs.

Shipping

  1. How do I return the devices(s)?
    1. A prepaid return envelope is included with each shipped device. You can drop off the package at the nearest UPS Drop-Off Location (http://www.ups.com/dropoff)  or schedule a UPS Pickup (https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_US) at your home or office.
  1. Do you provide overnight shipping?
    1. Yes, an overnight fee of $14.99 will be added to your shipping fee.

Billing

  1. Am I required to place a deposit?
    1. We do not require a deposit to rent a device, although your credit card will be preauthorized $250 + applicable rental fees. Your credit card will not be charged until the device has been returned.
  1. How much does your service cost?
    1. Prices are as follows:
      1. 3 Day Rental = $49
      2. 5 Day Rental = $75
      3. 1 Week = $99
      4. 2 Weeks = $149
      5. 3 Weeks = $179
      6. 4 Weeks = $199
      7. A week is defined as a 7 day period.
  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    1. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  1. What if I lose or damage the device?
    1. You will be charged the full period of the rental and a replacement fee for the device.

Coverage / Data

  1. Do you offer international service?
    1. Not currently. The devices only work within the United States.
  1. Are there data limits?
    1. Yes. 1 GB per 7 day period.
